PRODUCTION AND QUALITY

VABA produces its own nets using highly technological manufacturing plants with stabilized HDPE monofilament of the highest quality available on the market.

The company's plant is designed and built by the Italian company CARMAC / http://carmacgroup.com/ / which for many years has been developing innovative and competitive plants in various fields worldwide. All the equipments for manufacturing are exclusively of European production, therefore the production process and the finished products are in line with the highest European standards.

VABA focuses on the production of anti-hail nets for agricultural purposes and organizes the entire system of anti-hail networks and produces the poles necessary to support the nets as well. In addition, the company offers to carry out engineering works and the full installation of nets.

All the materials VABA uses for manufacturing guarantee the technical and mechanical features of the finished product. This ensures to offer customers maximum security in covering and protecting orchards.

Consulting with respected agronomists VABA is able to customize the measurements of its nets according to customer specifications, sewing nets with greater widths than production standards call for when necessary.

Continuously cooperating with CARMAC, VABA aims to introduce the best Italian anti-hail protection practice in Armenia.
